About a year ago, I found out that there is one simple way to look fit and to be in good shape. The way is to walk as much as you can. It not only counts the steps you make during a certain period, but it also shows the burnt calories and checks your pulse and even blood pressure. Pedometer for iPhone has one perfect feature – it will help you to build you the way where to run if you are not at home or when you are tired of your constant way.
You know now I have this app installed on my iPhone and both on my iPod and it motivates me to walk more.
